With three bedrooms this charming cottage will comfortably host a family
of five.

Two bedrooms are located on the main level and share a full bath. One
bedroom has an antique double bed, while the other has a set of bunk
beds. A third bedroom, located on the second level, has a double bed
and is adjacent to a sitting room and a small half bath.

The cottage also has a small kitchen, a cozy living room with a fireplace
and a large glass enclosed porch which overlooks Mullett Lake.

There is a small sandy beach that leads directly to water. From the
water's edge out to about seven feet, the lake bottom has small pebbles
on top of sand. At the end of the 100' dock is a platform and ladder.
The lake bottom there is sandy and water is about three feet deep at
the end of the dock.

For your stay the following are provided:

  Weber grill, charcoal, lighter fluid, and firwood for fireplace and
  fire pit

IMPORTANT NOTES:

1. 50% of total rent is required to reserve the cottage. The balance
   is due upon arrival.


2. To maintain the friendly environment of Long Point, our cottage
   is rented to single families only. Should you want to have additional
   guests stay with you, please clear this with Mike Sherwood at RE/MAX
   North at (231) 627-9991.


3. For first time renters, please stop by the RE/MAX North office
   located at 846 South Main Street in Cheboygan upon arrival to conduct
   final payment and gain access to cottage.


4. If you plan to bring a boat, please contact Mike Sherwood at RE/MAX
   North at (231) 627-9991 to make docking/anchoring arrangements.
